Dress for Success Western MA, in collaboration with Holyoke Community
College, Tech Foundry and Liberty Bank, proudly offers the Foot in the
Door program, designed to empower individuals through holistic
professional development. This initiative provides participants with
essential skills to thrive in today's workforce.
What We Offer:
- Career Readiness: Enhance your career through workshops on resume building, career exploration, interview techniques, professional attire, workforce etiquette, and more, preparing you for the professional world.
- Computer Skills: Gain essential digital literacy with Tech Foundry, covering basic computer use, internet browsing, and email proficiency. Upon completion of the computer training, participants will receive a certification and a laptop to keep.
- Money Management: Learn how to manage finances effectively with Liberty Bank's guidance on budgeting, credit building, and saving strategies.
Additionally, participants will prepare for and take the
National Career Readiness Certification
(NCRC) exam, further strengthening their employability.
Program Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate English language skills
- Commitment to change and personal growth
