Professional Women's Group

At Dress for Success, our services extend far beyond helping women secure employment. We believe in fostering long-term career growth and personal development. The Professional Women's Group (PWG) is an exclusive community for employed participants who want to stay actively engaged in our mission.

Members of this intimate group meet monthly for collegiate-level workshops that focus on essential skills such as public speaking, time management, negotiation, critical thinking, financial planning, and overcoming imposter syndrome. These workshops are designed to help participants excel in their careers and thrive in all areas of life.

In addition to building a strong support network, PWG members have access to exclusive trainings, events, and an annual full-day retreat. Participants also have the opportunity to guide the future of our organization and can even apply for a seat on the Board of Directors.
