Suitor
Suitors work in the boutique and are responsible for helping women who come in to choose professional attire for an interview. As a suitor, your goal is to provide each woman with a unique experience that will send them into the workforce confident and inspired. Other duties include sorting donations, maintaining the boutique, and answering the phone.
Requirements include:
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in retail or interest in fashion
- availability from 10am – 2pm on weekdays
- reliable transportation

Mentor
Mentors in our Margaret Fitzgerald Mentor Program are paired with mentees who are focused on being successful in their current position or building a career path. As a mentor, you will work together with your mentee to establish attainable goals and build the tools, insights, motivations, and confidence to take active steps toward the mentee’s success.
Requirements include:
- a professional background
- being ready, willing, and able to commit to the program, and to the mentee herself
- reliable internet or phone access, and preferably access to Zoom
- availability for 90 minutes per month, plus a quarterly group meeting
- willingness to commit to a one year program

Digital Literacy Coach
Digital literacy coaches are tech-savvy or IT professional volunteers who provide one-on-one coaching for women who are negatively impacted by the digital divide or otherwise need assistance with connectivity, a program, or gaining employment. When a learner is referred, all coaches are notified by email. Whoever is proficient in the topic of need and available volunteers to be paired.
Requirements include:
- reliable internet access
- proficiency in information technology
- availability for a weekly check-in meeting
Note: time commitment for digital literacy coaches vary according to the needs of each learner
